Friday afternoon Tern, Evan and I made a trek out to the quickly developing outskirts of Irvine to hit up The Counter. Tons of burger combinations to choose from, totally custom. It even has the prerequisite designer knockoff furniture and decor. Their logo is wack though, definite points lost for looking like an aerobics studio logo.
I opted for the Turkey Burger with Wisconsin cheddar, a slice of grilled pineapple, and a Honey Wheat Bun. The combos and toppings are endless. A little heavy to be put into the daily rotation, but we'll definitely be heading back.
