T-Dog.
Despite warnings about deep frying a bird, we forewent common sense, dropped the bomb & fried our bird. The turkey actually came out amazing, super tender. For reference, always do the water test, and do not butter your turkey. Only salt, pepper & chili powder. For New Year's we're planning to deep fry a half a dozen cornish game hens and shake them in a garbage can with a 40 oz of Frank's and 10 sticks of butter.
Took Michelle's suggestion and hooked up a Thanksgiving Stacker Bowl Casserole: stuffing crust, turkey, gravy, corn, and mash on top. Bake 350 until mash browns. Shit was banging for second meal, but our first meal sandwiches with stuffing, mash, cran & fresh baked biscuits were retarded. Thanksgiving buffet has to be done more than once a year. Big big thanks for the Nagle Family for inviting Jillian and I to enjoy the Holiday of all Holidays. Eat, Drink, Sleep then repeat.
Black Friday came as did our tradition of first day tracks at Mt.Snow. However, the conditions on the East Coast weren't as craze as it has been at Mammoth, but just like pizza any day on the hill is a good day. There were some fun features, all I needed was a good front board and I was happy. This rail was tight.

The scene was dismal when we first got there tho. Only 3 trails open and pouring rain. But we did leave at 4am to get there at opening we said fk it and went riding anyways. Shit was fun, had the place to ourselves for the first few hours.
There was a quick snowfall then sun did came around lunch to make our sesh even more fun. I did get a little too aggro & fell off the back of the wallride straight to my dome, so I was done by 2pm. Hit up the cafeteria: a personal pizza & a Gatorade for $11bucks? Oy vey, gotta pack food next time. Coulda made some Turk sandwiches at least. A great first day overall.
Big thanks to DMC for the BOND outerwear (*which kept me super dry despite riding in about 2 hours of pouring rain), Andy for the STEPCHILD deck and Hernie for the KAIJUS & Cartels. Much appreciated. I've been running the same bindings & boots for the past couple years, so I felt like a Lego dude; but it was tight to run some new shit. Just gotta go thru the painstaking break-in process.
The lift pic from VT vs CA is retarded. Jeez.
But damn Mammoth looked craze. Gotta make it out there this season. The altitude always kills me though. My head wants to explode like a bag of chips.
