They have a great thing going down there in Jamestown. When there isn't a scene, you make one. These guys are doing it all, events, online and a quickly growing store in the heart of downtown. Good to see.
After the tour and photo shoot, about 7 of us hit up the local Applebees (hey, the options are limited after 9 in Jamestown) to talk shop and crush some apps and burgers. Lots of great old Holiday Valley stories were told, and we all left psyched for the season to start.
I first met Pete when he was about 14 at Holiday Valley. It's awesome to see him doing what he loves and making not only a good living but a good scene out of it for the local skate and snow communities. Job well done.
