Serious Eats has compiled the master list of regional pizza, hamburger & hot dog styles from around the country. I'm hoping to sample at least half of these places before I kick the bucket. I've only scratched the surface from my travels but I can say that Old Forge Pennsylvania pizza is pretty amazing with it's Wisconsin Cheddar & American Cheese blend, Chicago Hot Dogs are kind of nasty with lettuce, tomato, pickles & gherkins and The Burger Joint just got voted as NYs #1 Burger by Zagats. That's What's Up!
